MSRP discount on bmw i4 e40's?

With all the e35’s hitting the scene and the 7500 lease credit, I’m noticing the e40’s are sitting. Any ideas how much of a discount these are going for in CA, socal?

I can do 12% off, shoot me a pm!

8-12% off plus the $3500 rebate is what I’m seeing.

Find a dealer with several units that have been sitting on inventory.

Any of these in WA? I’m working with a dealer here and they dropped my discount from my requested 8% to 4.9%.

What about m50?

I personally test drove an i4 eDrive40 almost a month ago (7/29) at my local dealer. They STILL show it as “In Transit” on their site. It’s a crock of $#!+ as far as I’m concerned. It seems they are trying to manipulate the time on lot. Is this a normal BMW thing? I’ve reached out to a couple brokers but haven’t had luck so far. Everything seems to be pretty weird in this market.

I think a lot of dealers just suck with online inventory management. Plenty have cars listed that are already sold, listed in transit when they’ve arrived, etc.

Dealer websites are notoriously bad, some list cars that are in transit without saying so, cars that are pre-sold, cars that were sold, etc.

The absolute BEST way to get accurate inventory is with the BMWUSA website. It is tied directly to the dealer systems, if a car is sold it won’t show up, if it’s in transit, in production, etc, it will show it.
