What do you guys prefer, MSD’s (multiple security deposits) or not?
For those who don’t know, MSD’s are due upfront and returned at the end of the lease.
They directly drive down the money factor. I am simply wondering how many of you take advantage of them?
Do you prefer a deal posted that included them or not?

Most people here would prefer MSDs given the “return” is usually better than the market
