Did you put it on SAL?

Also, what was the original deal? Did you have anything due at sign to get to a payment of 1130?

Iā€™m sure beating up prospects is going to help you move this truck faster. You seem very eager to dump this lease, but not willing to understand the dynamics of why itā€™s not happening here for you! Good luck, sir.

Original payment seems kind of high even with zero down. Was there a trade-in or something else involved?

I only looked quickly but to me this looks equivalent to a 10% off deal with base MF and loyalty (if weā€™re using todayā€™s numbers)

At the time the discount prob wasnt quite as much because incentives were higher a few months ago.

OPā€™s original payment is $1,130 though, not $899. The payment is $899 because of the incentive heā€™s offering. To have an original payment of $1,130 with zero drive off around April 2020 means either his discount was 2% or there was a negative trade-in or something similar. Even without loyalty, the discount would only be 3-4%. Just wondering why the payment is so high.

I am just saying the deal it would be equivalent to today

Itā€™s possible someone wants a more exciting color combination - especially the interior. Many consider silver on black boring (I love Donington grey but wouldnā€™t have chosen a black interior on an M car)- just a thought

My gut says it needs to have a 7 in front of it

Can confirm. 7xx would get my hat in the ring even with the (imo comparably gorgeous) Arctic Gray X5 still in the garage.

That said, this may go in the low-ish/mid 8s on SAL if you want it to go quick, else OP may have to be a bit more patient. SAL has just been a ton of tire kickers for me recently.

It might also be where youā€™re located. A lot of times people look for a transfer in only their state because they donā€™t want to deal with transportation costs, etc. I personally am not a fan of taking over out-of-state transfers. The deal might be just right for someone in CA, for example, but the idea of transporting the car there might be the deal breaker. Just my 2 cents.

Heā€™s in NJ. Thatā€™s like the hub for BMW and the majority of members on this forumā€¦

Right. So if someone on the West Coast sees his car and wants it, they might be discouraged because heā€™s across the country and theyā€™d have to pay for shipping/transportation. I donā€™t think BMWā€™s customers are only from NJ. In fact, if you visit Swapalease, youā€™ll note that the highest number of BMW listings are in California, followed by New York, Florida, and then New Jersey. California has ~380 listings while New Jersey has only ~140.

Agreed, like $750 or something.
Puts most states at $795-799.
Which I know is less than you want, but there was just a broker that had a NEW X3M Base with $78k MSRP for $620.

I mean thatā€™s a bad comparison this is a comp with all the major options ticked versus a baseā€¦ although 78k probably hits exec + dap.

There is also quite a bit different driving dynamics between the two, the comp is more hardcore than the base.

But the price you and others have mentioned is spot on seen two $7xx X3Mā€™s move on swapalease even $829 moved.

Iā€™m not saying itā€™s the same thing, but I am saying it will move at $7xx.

The one for $825 is pending, it was in California though.

Heā€™s sitting behind one comp atm which is $839 up near Boston. Considerable difference from $839 to $899.

Also op has listed the comp under x3m as a sub-model which is correct however a base pops up for $746 which is not a good thing as most on SAL wouldnā€™t know a comp versus base.
