There are three or four Ghosts, a couple Phantoms and a Cullinan or two up here, but this is the first Dawn I’ve seen (really anywhere) in a long time.

I didn’t know Delaware was no sales tax 
I know Delaware mainly as a neutral jurisdiction in business contracts.
But for cars, I was wondering if it’s somehow East Montana.

Delaware has no sales tax but there is a 4.25% “document fee” on car purchases at acts as a sales tax.
Lol. That’s how how politicians get away with raising taxes while also being able to claim they didn’t raise taxes.
And what’s worse, because this is not a “tax” it isn’t deductible from federal income taxes. Which is somewhat moot with the $10k SALT cap, but still.
