Registering in WA is fine as long as you live outside the RTA transit zone, which covers most of the Seattle metro area. For example, my in-laws and I live in the same county, yet they pay three times less in registration fees because they live outside the zone

Technically, it is illegal in (most) states ha. Will he get harassed over it? Maybe, maybe not
It’s not legal but this one did it and it was late at night…
So this isnt just a Miami thing. The other day, I saw a GT3RS with similar setup and I was like ok Miami, you dont surprise me . lol

I saw an M8 with the same set up last night lol. Paint has to be getting scratched to all hell with the lights bouncing off it constantly

My jaw dropped when I saw the GT3RS for that exact reason. I yelled at my household about a decade ago for putting an amazon package on the trunk of my car and it worked magic.
