Hello all - Wondering if anyone would be able to provide the current lease figures on the TLX in Florida. I am looking for the 36 and 48 month money factor and residual figures for a 12k/yr lease. Thanks so much everyone!

I don’t have the MF and residual % on me but I have the figures for my base 2015 TLX I got in Illinois back in August.
$263+tax for 24 months/10k year $0 Down. ($1500 towards cap cost from graduate credit/loyalty cash,).
36 months, 12,000 miles/year
2016 TLX Base (I4 or V6): 60%
2016 TLX Tech (I4 or V6): 58%
2016 TLX Advance (I4 or V6): 58%
MF of .00077 for all trims (.00067 for $0 drive-off leases)
$1,000 Acura Lease Loyalty OR $750 Military OR $500 Grad
I do not have the 48-month program.

Thanks Michael - MF and Residual look decent on this and I am a current Acura lessee (1K loyalty) but the dealers aren’t coming off sticker all that much in FL from what I can see on Truecar. Was looking for something nice (approx 31K MSRP) in the 300-325 per month catagory (including tax) sign and drive 36mo 12k. From what I can see, the Accord EXL V6 may be my best bet. Any other suggestions you would have that may fit the bill? Thanks again!

Yes, it drops by 2%. The 36-month lease is the sweet spot.

I actually got a killer quote from Jeff at park ave acura in nj. $250 + tax 10k/ 36 months on the base model. I believe he is the finance manager there. He beats every dealer in the area by at least $30, I know because I called. Give him a call and let him know Levi sent ya he’ll know what you’re talking about

How much down is that quote? The best quote I have is on a V6 FWD for 315 / $0 down / sign and drive; I also received a quote of $375 AWD / $0 down / sign and drive, but this was a one off due to end of month incentives

Nice one… the engine is not too potent though – you need at least a V6
Jesus that’s good! How do they get that? the dealer is selling 50$/ month below invoice at that price, I wonder how they are pulling it off even with the volume incentive.

At First glance the monthly looks terrible, but the discount is okay. The dealer fee is outrageous and do you really need the dealer accessories, because you will be paying 100% of them?
I was able to get a few dealers around 380 / month with AWD. I would shop around a bit more as there are thousands in rebates on the TLX
