You should definitely be able to get a better dealer discount. Mine was not the greatest deal, but last month I managed a $67.3k 36/15k lease for $749 true sign and drive. Make sure they aren’t marking up the money factor on your deal as well.
Garbage deal, and based on those numbers they have to be hiding a lot - or are you leaving something out?
Questions:
-Are you trading in or rolling in other debt?
-Are you an existing BMW customer (Do you qualify for loyalty)
-Do you have good credit?
Awful:
-This is about $500 over invoice, at that rate the dealer is making a good profit.
-$1000 dealer fees seems ridiculous. They’re making plenty of profit on that fee alone.
-It looks like you are rolling in the acquisition to get the DAS to $1400. You’re paying a penalty on all those fees.
-It also looks like they likely bumped up the money factor by at least 2 points on you.
If I run these numbers through the calculator this is roughly what I get with the missing information.
I would seriously consider just paying a broker, you have a lot of fat to trim out of this.
-Get the actual buy rate
-Don’t roll in acquisition
-Consider adding in MSDs
Didn’t leave anything out. Wrote down everything he put in the email written offer. I have a trade in but we haven’t priced it at all. Just numbers on the new lease. Not rolling over any debt etc. Good credit and good income. I smelled garbage deal after garbage deal after garbage deal. This is the best offer I’ve gotten from them.
How did I know this was a Braman deal!!!
You can do better than that for sure!
Check with @Bacons_C.C, I believe he works in Florida, he should be able to get you a good deal.
a 340i lease with a 7 in front of the payment is not a good deal
Get away from Braman and Miami in general, too much disposable income in S. Florida. I’ve spoken with a few brokers on here and they’re all super helpful including @Bacons_C.C. Be open to shipping a car in, cost from NY is around $850-950.
South Florida sucks for leasing. Nothing you do can change that.
If you are looking for the absolute best deal, I would talk to a broker in the Northeast and ship it.
You can do much better. You should be able to get around $600/mo including tax on a 60K 340i.
Ive gotten several good deals from Braman Jupiter and west palm, but they like to butt heads until they see you are serious. Both bmws I got were around 10% off MSRP, new vehicles, not last year models or anything else.
