Miami is the biggest winner coming out of the pandemic.
Better than Austin - No taxes - easy access to NY - lots of good hospitality venues - still lacks entry level jobs that draw new grads to NYC though.
If youāre in your 30s and have a strong income. Miami is the move

I would say FL in general came out strong. S. Fl just became trashed because of the spring break crowd this year which is still a mess but overall, with parks in Orlando and beaches on both coasts open, FL handled pretty well. In the beginning, Miami itself got hit hard due to lot of business relying on cruiselines and dining restrictions being pretty tough.
The circuit they showed didnāt look that great but Iām excited to see a race on the US east coast, especially since weāre apparently not allowed in Canada anymore.
I am busy - dont ask me to come over there.
