Looking at two different 2024 S-Class models(580e & 580). Is the PenFed Bonus cash of $8,000 stackable with the lease cash of $7,500 (580e)? I searched the forum and wasn’t able to find a recent answer. Also, how exactly does the PenFed Bonus cash work? Is it a pre-negotiated discount by TrueCar? Thank you
I don’t believe so. It is either Fleet (Penfed) or Lease cash.
It is an additional incentive offered to Truecar/Penfed members. There is a thread on this site that goes into details about Penfed.
Yes, the $7500 on the 580E stacks with the fleet incentive of $8k. The $7500 (taxable in most situations) goes as a rebate and the $8000 is part of the discount. The $8000 fleet incentive is essentially dealer cash
The regular 580 does not have the $7500 (mfg ev rebate passthru essentially)
I was under the impression that it was either dealer cash or Fleet. I know you can stack loyalty with either incentive.

It is confusing! The dealer cash is $7500 but that is replaced with the $8000 fleet incentive. Those two do not stack. The other $7500 is the “lease bonus cash” (this is the EV rebate loophole when leasing that gets passed to the customer) which is only on the 580E and not the regular 580.
