What happens if during a one pay lease the car gets totalled?
Are the lease payments for the unused months refunded? Specifically looking for an answer related to mercedes
Read your own contract carefully, but I believe if the vehicle is properly insured and is declared a total loss, the one-pay would result in a pro-rated refund of the unused portion.
