Does anyone know the limitations or “de-qualifiers” of receiving the MSDs back if the car was in an accident and all parts were replaced with aftermarket (non-OEM) parts?
Long story short - the car was in a fender bender and my insurance company wants to put on ~14 aftermarket parts including the hood, grille, bumper cover, A/C condenser, etc.
When I turn the car back in after its lease, will I still be eligible to get back the $5k in MSDs I put down?
