Finance manager asked $29/month for prepaid maintenance. I looked into some other thread and showed him that it’s way higher than what others were paying. He was so stubborn and didn’t discount on that. I didn’t take it.

Yes. Most of the dealers gave 20% discount but Marked up the money factor ridiculously. I was hated knowing so many info and being a leasehackr :slight_smile:

Yes the residualized amount came to $29/month. It was $530/month with Ppm

$29 per month for maintenance isn’t residualized. The maintenance can be discounted to 1099 x (1-.55) = 494 then divide by 36 = 13 per month. They discounted but didn’t residualize. 1099 / 36 = 30

I told him that same exact thing. Their price was $1575 and the residualized amount was $1044.

There are lot of 2018 loaners in DMV area. Arlington listed 7 glc loaners 2 days back and everything discounted 20% off but obviously their money factor was ridiculously high plus other fees are high too.
