Looking to lease a MB EQB300 today but both my AAA and Sam’s Club memberships have lapsed, does anyone know if renewing today would work?

So I just renewed my Sam’s Club membership and was able to generate a code on TrueCar, going to dealership in a few hours and will see if it actually works !

Does anyone know a way to get AAA or Sam’s club incentive without having prior membership or waiting for 2 months (at which point I’m expecting the incentive to disappear anyways)
Penfed bank gives discounts to their members, open an account for a few bucks
