My buddy got this deal recently. He effectively got a 36 month / 12k miles deal for around $630/month for a $129k MSRP Mercedes EQS 580 with the hyper screen. This car was in the dealership’s inventory.
Essentially, he got the dealership to reduce 15% off of the MSRP and stack about $17.5k in incentives on top (Sam’s Club, Costco, AMEX, Conquest, Federal EV credit, Loyalty Lender Bonus Cash). I’m not sure exactly all the incentives that were used but how was he able to stack $17.5k in incentives AND negotiate 15% off of the MSRP? Is this even possible to recreate or did he just get lucky?
Yeah, maybe incentives in TX are different, but the Sam’s Club / Amex deal was the same deal. It’s basically the Mercedes fleet deal. So whatever you call it, (fleet Sam’s or Amex) it’s $4,500 on EQS.
And of course there is $7,500 from the taxpayers.
To my knowledge Conquest was taken away, so it can’t be stacked. The only other incentive to stack was a loyalty incentive which wouldn’t get you up to a total $17,500 incentive.
I also can’t believe they got a 60% residual on a 3 year 36,000 total miles lease. The 1 year 7,500 residual probably needs to be 60% lol.
No Conquest is still valid. At least in Austin, TX. But I don’t know if they will stack Sam’s Club on top ($4,500). If they do that’s 16k in incentives, which is basically the deal he got almost.
