Mercedes C300 demo -- feels like a magic show

I’m trying to replicate a MB C300 demo deal a fellow LH did in the SF Bay area. It’s the same dealer, however, this time they are playing games. First was writing up a contract with a price higher than their website showed. Now, it’s marking up numbers somewhere, however, I can’t figure out.

I plugged everything into the LH calculator, but the only way I get a match is if I add the $1095 acquisition fee to both the sales price and acquisition fee line. They also are trying for $800 down, which I’m not up for.

Had a problem with the calucalor too, but it was because of some fees I was being charged. When I added them in it all worked out.
As for the 800 I would not put any money down. You are leasing the depreciation $. What I would do is put that money into the MSD ( refundable security deposit) which reduces your interest rate. If they tell you they don’t do MSD say goodbuy and go to another dealer. MSD is done across the country.

By the way the 1095 is marked up. The MBUSA site says 795. Get it reduced. The difference is pure profit. Good luck!
