Just to clarify, the buy rate MF is the lowest possible before markups, MSD, or One Pay discounts?

Google search your car name, forum.edumunds.com and rv / lease in one sentence to find what you want. Buyrate is the lowest the financial service sets, it can be lower as an incentive if I’m not mistaken, but this is rare, I’m citing the recent Evoque deal we had with below buy rate MF.
