Hey, I am a newbie. what does this mean?
When a bank, in this case MBFS holds one asset (collateral), they substitute it in place for another. The deficiency (difference between old and new) is made up by the manufacturer (MB) in the form of Trade Assist $$$$. This way dealer and customer are whole.
