Mercedes Benz EQS Lease Superthread - 2

That’s marked up. Research buy rate and ask for it or find another dealer that won’t mark up. There’s a lot in the bay area that play ball.

Thanks! I was close on the selling price of vehicle (e.g., $30k off MSRP with amex discount) but the inflated money factor is holding me back from leasing.

30 days out of service, governed by CA lemon law and you won’t need a lawyer if they agree, which they typically do. Process will takea couple of months, so you may try to replicate your deal this December. GL!

May I ask what are the issues? I have been experiencing endless computer/electric glitches including sudden shut down of all screens while I drive.

Greetings,
I am interested in leasing an EQS SUV and would appreciate if anyone can share MB family and friend discount codes for this vehicle.

What are the lease incentives that are being offered EQS 450 or 580 for this month? Have AMEX and current owner of Cadillac Lyriq vehicle. How much discount on MSRP can we expect on a loaner with 4K Miles?

Check marketplace n recent signed deal.

Hey all - first, you to all the members of this forum. Back in March 2023, this forum helped me get into a 24/7500 lease on a EQS 450+ sedan with an MSRP of $108K (silver/neva grey). On a one pay my all-in price was $18050 (tax & reg included) (~$750/mo effective).

I enjoyed the car - but now with the current lease pull ahead and loyalty programs, the deals are back in a big way. I just in time, as I am not over my 15K miles. I just got hooked up with a deal for a 2024 EQS 580 sedan MSRP $133,110 (graphite/black). The price is $21,800 for a 24-month/7500 mile one pay all in (tax & reg included) (~$909/mo effective). Based on the numbers - I am getting about 21% dealer discount (and taking all the incentives including AMEX), and getting MF that is actually at the lowest it can be (per the calculator - I am only paying $50 in finance charge).

Seems like a great deal. But am I missing something? Thoughts? I really wanted to try the SUV, but I have been happy with my sedan - and I think this is a great deal. I am told that I will get a check back from MBFS for 5 months of prorated rent (about $3300) on top of the usual stuff like waived dispo, $500 damage credit, etc.

Anyone tried to do something to pull out of the lease early? My wife really dislikes the car (450+ SUV). It was in the shop for a few days for a faulty airbag. Few days later, the car accelerated on her on its own and she almost crashed. She’s been driving mine (Sedan) which has been trouble free but I need to replace her car.

I am trying to think of a way to reduce my losses.

The 580’s don’t have the best programs right now and are somewhat hard to find. Under current market conditions, just looking at your payment, it’s not a bad deal. But compared to deals from earlier this year, or deals on loaners, it’s not very good. None the less, it makes sense to take advantage of the pull ahead rebate if you want to continue to drive an EQS.

MB is offering pull-ahead and loyality incentives if you are willing to get into another MB.

At this rate, it’s more like “if you’re willing to get another EV” … because the EQ’s do a wonderful job destroying the repeat EV desire.

Unless you’re @djrabbi and only care about scoring ultra low payments on a Maybach.

dealer laughed at me, no maybach for me

Just did my first 600-mile trip in the EQS580 and it was a pleasure. But, given this logic, perhaps my flaw is that I am only comparing it to other EVs ???

It’s not that every trip in the EQS sucks… it’s that on this forum, there seems to be a very high rate of just disaster-class levels of BS that eventually arise during the lease term.

You have to ask yourself why so many of our spouses won’t let the family ride in the EQS on a longer trip. That type of thinking isn’t “normal” for a car, but seems normal for a EQS.

Lol someone on LH needs to get a Maybach EQS… maybe not for 30% off the front end before the EV and Loyalty though.

Dealer is like “what makes you think I am not going to sell this car within the month”

I told him my friend Holeydonut on LH said its a slow moving vehicle. lol

He said he sold 4 last month at MSRP. I highly doubt it but lets see.

Based on the calculator - the score is 12.7 years.

Keep in mind the one-pay includes a $2300 VLT (based on MSRP) and 7.1% use tax. Seems like a great deal - but I am sure others have beaten it.

Lol “sold” like this one? whoever they sold to couldn’t even make the first payment and it got returned haha.

I guess there are people buying the Maybach EQS… still never seen one on the road though.

@Dany1122 would have at least made one payment.

At this point, I feel like MBFS should be willing to lease that thing even if it had an attempt at a personal-use title.

We had a wonderful trip with my EQS sedan. Really amazing. But ask my wife if she would do in her SUV which had the issues. She won’t even let the kids go for a short trip these days…

Pull ahead can be interesting to reduce the loss. I will check on that. Thanks for sharing.

Could have been a buyback and MBFS keeping it hush hush so doesn’t get lemon’d
