Mercedes Benz EQS Lease Superthread - 2

I’ve seen CG reflect price drops before the dealer site. Maybe someone should ask the first owner Mr Armen Mkhitaryan what’s wrong with this puppy (see his name on the screen)?

Just go and read their review. It’s 1.7 for a reason.

Some of these used 22’s are bargains honestly. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are more reliable than their gas counterparts but would still probably need a warranty

That’s probably the dude they stole the car from, and when you go in there to buy the discounted EQS, they’ll take one of your kidneys too.

Oh yea, they advertise on Power 106 - their ads are basically like ‘why get a Nissan, you could get a BMW or Benz, we’ll finance anyone’

In theory they should be with far fewer moving parts. MBZ just needs to hire away some Tesla engineers to help them figure out braking and electronic issues. Or they may need to call Ghostbusters for all their electronic gremlins!

They have shockingly good reviews elsewhere - Google, Dealer Rater, Yelp, etc - 4.6 and higher with far more reviews. Makes you wonder which ones are real.

Regardless, a few stores like this can possibly create some downward pressure on the pricing, at least short term.

Finally my EQS450+ sedan is at service for AC repair and 20k miles maintenance.

Let’s see how long that will take. Haha.

Meanwhile i can enjoy eqs580 suv amg .

Nice, throw the miter saw in your car, ill pick it up tonight

They don’t even need to. Their eqb braking works exactly how it should. They just need to stop being stupid.

Let me ask my neighbor if he still needs this… LOL

Edit:
He will need it for another 2 years. Sorry.

I was talking to one of my neighbors who financed a 2023 EQS SUV last year. We didn’t go into all the details, but it seems he paid MSRP for it. However, he got the $7500 EV rebate. I feel bad for the guy 'cos he also financed an SL convertible from the same dealer.

Even back in 2023 the EV tax credit was capped at $80k MSRP, so that seems pretty unlikely.

As I stated, we didn’t discuss his sale price and what rebates were applied to his deal. He was just telling me how much the value has dropped and he was thinking of dumping it for something else.

The eligibility for the tax credit is based on MSRP, not sale price, in fact there’s a list of eligible vehicles on the EPA website and the 2023 EQS is not on it.

I believe a very few were sold in 2022 when the only restriction was that they be US-made.

The 580 SUV has a AMG option?

Anyone know if you can stack “Reignite Bonus” with Amex, etc.? If so, do you need to be turning in a lease or can it work if you are looking for a 2nd (EQS) lease (for my wife)?

Any idea if they’ll bring incentives back in May for the 2023s like they did in March? There seem to still be some 2023 EQS inventory left.

I’m assuming it’s way too early to get good incentives/programs on the 2024s and that the soonest to expect them would be holiday\year-end and perhaps next March\April to clear them out for the incoming 25s?

Yes, confirmed by a dealer that it stacks.

I have no current lease to turn in and received the same offer. It seems to be the same as the current Star Loyalty incentive. If Reignite stacks with Star Loyalty, then you’re in position to score a good deal!
