Anyone knows if the MB charging station in Bucees free for eqs or not? Having a MB/Bucees charging stati9n nearby. Just need to decide going to Bucees or driving addtional 10 minutes to a EA charging station.

All MY25 BEV customers, excluding eSprinter, also receive 2 years of free unlimited charging at Mercedes-Benz High Power Charging (“MB HPC”) network

Thanks. I have a 2023 eqs. Guess will go to the bucees to have a try. First time to use this type of charging station.

The Mercedes branded charger at buccees at the beach exit for Gulf Shores was excellent. I’m looking forward to Buccees opening in LA and MS with great charging capabilities.

@engine , what goes in that weird blank spot in the armrest? A book?

Hey. I leased a eqs loaner a while back and it was put in service in June of 2023. Does that mean the free 2 year service that comes with the car expires June of 2025? My car service tracker is showing me I have 7500 miles left until service but I’m not sure if the free service will end 2 years after date in service or if they will still give me first service free.

Android tablet. Provides the back seat with navigation and stereo control and other features.

Turning in one of my EQS tomorrow. Anyone know how to disconnect the plug and charge from my ChargePoint account ?

I see both cars’ Plug And Charge “cards” under the Manage Cards section of the ChargePoint app, but no way to remove them.

EQS has only one free maintenance service at 20k miles or 2 years from the time the car was put into the loaner fleet in your case.

So u think I should get the service at the 2 year mark even tho the car says it’s not due yet? I just want to make sure I can take advantage of the free one

Yes, for my first EQS, 20k miles maintenance was performed at 18k miles, ahead of dashboard reminder.

I did not realize i had something like that until now. LOL. Yes, there is no way to remove the previous EQS card.
Is it bothering you that much?:grinning:

You can disable the plug & charge digital extra service. Log into the Mercedes Me website, under manage vehicle click manage digital extras, on the next screen find plug & charge and set to inactive.

I assume whoever is the “lucky” next owner of this, will be able to plug and charge against my ChargePoint account.

And exceed 30 minute free time?

KNOCK KNOCK - GOT A 3RD ROW EQS AVAILABLE - 2024 - Probably only one in the country

In this case, i would call EA or ChargePoint customer service

Just want to post an update on this. Went to Buccess charge station today and 10/10 chargers are available. max charging speed is ~150KW, much slower than Electrify America. And most importantly, it charges $0.5 per kwh on my 2023 EQS. So better to go to a Electrify America next time.

Haven’t posted in awhile and wanted to provide an update on my 24 AMG EQE.

Picked up on 10/14 and it threw a low coolant error on the drive home. Waited a bit but took it in for its first service on 10/29.

10/29 - Electronic water heater element replacement. In the shop until 11/10.

2/24 - I’ve been noticing a rattling sound coming from the rear so I take it in. Needs a steering rack replacement. The first one they ordered was “damaged” so they ordered another one.

Currently driving a shitty GLC loaner. I’m approaching 25 shop days and only 3k miles on the vehicle. I’ll hit 30 by the end of the week. Do I ditch the car and go the lemon route? I’d be throwing away the loyalty incentive used plus broker fee.
