What’s the MSRP? Target price is >20% off MSRP for loaners before fleet
MSRP is 111k
I would do max MSDs, is this with our without loyalty? Do you have fleet already factored in?
Fleet is factured in with Sam’s. It seems it’s right about 20% off before fleet. I don’t qualify for loyalty tho. How much lower would max msd make it?
Without loyalty the price is right, you can calculate your mass using the calculator here. If you like the car, do it
Thanks for the advice I ended up doing a one pay $15,680 for some significant savings. Msd would’ve brought the monthly down about $60
Don’t forget to change your handle to “motor” when done
Electrons
(to keep the e-prefix going)
dealer called me this morning car is still at the port(?).
They’re still trying to figure out how to change oil on it.
EEEasy thErE, tigEr! He ain’t buying a Buick or a Ford with their competing obsessions over the letter E.
Yeah may be I have 3 motors already.
Engine is history right?
Then Motorx4 it is
Call me odd, but i only lease as many cars as i can drive. unlike some people on here @djrabbi
I have a problem sadly. Comes with depression and marriage
Some people lose their money at casinos. You just lose it on Wagoneers and Benz.
Has anyone received an email called “Your EQS might need a tire rotation.”. I received this email today and not sure if this is just an advertisement based on my lease time (one year from lease start), or i really need the rotation? Is it free in dealer or better to go someplace like discount tire for better service and lower price?
Discount tire rotates for free. Balance will cost extra.
Haha @z0lt3c , the folks in Stuttgart think the problem is the customers, for not perceiving the value of the EQS and EV’s as premium. The Jelly Bean is too progressive (10 years into the future!) for caveman brains like mine. Turns out they didn’t want S class buyers. Instead they got LH users with bargain leases.
Q: Some people have been critical of the brand’s electric vehicles, referring to the style as bulbous and jelly bean-like. What’s your response to that? And will future Mercedes-Benz EVs resemble the brand’s internal combustion vehicles, such as the electric G580?
A: The EQS sedan design is purposeful and very progressive – probably like 10 years into the future. It was not designed to be an S-Class or a chauffer car.
We have an S-Class and we wanted to do something different. So it’s a completely different type of car actually. I think the shape is super progressive and very aerodynamic, which is important for an EV but also we took that aero look and made it futuristic. Does a normal Mercedes S-Class customer like it? Probably not. That person wants something more conventional. We wanted to target other customers [with the EQS].
One problem with EVs is customer perception. The customer sees it like an electronic device. Combustion cars are still being perceived like a Chrono watch – much more long-lasting.
Anyone know if the newly announced federal tariffs will impact the EQS? As I understand, the EQS is assembled in AL with parts coming from a variety of locations outside of the US… not sure if Mercedes sources any of those parts from Canada/Mexico …
