Yea by then none of the MY2023 cars are probably going to be able to be leased. Maybe until April but I can’t imagine it going into May (does anyone know about it going into April)
If Any one looking for 23 EQS Loaner Sedan, I got one for $520/mth plus inceptions and MSD in east coast.
18% off plus all incentives. March madness is in the sales price so can’t be stacked on top. All you need is fleet via Amex/Sam club etc to get below numbers.
As the end of the month is nearing, and next month EQx incentives and programs might be worse.
Is it possible to lock in the current month programs by submitting (today) a credit app to MBFS?
BMWFS allows locking in, I am wondering if MBFS does too.
Til the 3rd, I guess
Tried a dealer in DFW today. Wouldn’t go below 102 or so on 580 with 133 MSRP. I guess I should just give up getting anything local. Do the incentives change Monday? If not I may try a bunch of out of state dealers then and see if I can manage to close a deal. Not feel optimistic
Can anyone confirm the current incentives? I’ve seen posts about Amex but I’m not seeing the Amex/Fleet as an option on ratefindr, just the $7500 lease cash.
IIRC, Amex cash is $11k on EQS450 and $12k on 580. March Madness is $5k on EQS450 and $7.5k on EQS580
Thanks! And that’s on top of the 7500 lease cash or is March Madness the lease cash?
Edit: answered my own question, the March madness is built into the price already.
My understanding is that there are 15k in various dealer incentives in addition to the 7500 EV rebate which is a different ball game for the dealers.
5k - March madness
2.5k - dealer cash
Anyone knows what are the rest of the dealer incentives?
Thanks again for that heads up, will do the calculation next time of paying over time for estimated extra miles vs a lump sum at the end.
I’ve always read it’s cheaper to pay for estimated miles up front (e.g, .20c vs .25c), but doing the actual monthly payment difference is a real eye opener as it looks to be about 30% more over time vs lump sum. Not sure if the same with every lease or car manufacturer, but good to check before signing the lease. Not really an issue for me with this level of lease to know well in advance a lump sum will be needed at lease turn in, but I understand for most that may not be realistic.

Anyone else get either of these 2 alerts on the EQS580 dashboard?
“The camera view of the driver is currently obstructed”
“Raise the steering wheel until you see 3 dots”
The first one I have no clue and the second one I dont see any 3 dots anywhere.
Normally with any car with that camera warning, It’s moisture
It’s talking about the camera in the dash that monitors your eyes for driver awareness. Apparently your steering wheel is blocking it. It’s the same camera that knows which mirror you’re looking at when you do mirror adjustments.
- I don’t have an EQS by my BMW has the same feature, although I’ve never moved the steering wheel to a position that can block the camera, that seems like a bad design*
I think it’s simply because the mileage penalties have not been adjusted for insanely high MSRP a cars. Let’s be real here the EQ cars never should have been as expensive as they’ve gotten, 7500 lease rebate or not.
On another note my AR HUD only allows adjustment up, (from 0 to +5) why can’t I adjust down? (To -5) I’ve seen other people do it on YT videos.
Can you send the specs
im trying to look for that cam but i cant seem to find it
Any words on the lease incentive on MY24 vs MY23?
When do the lease incentives change? Wondering if I have any chance of closing a deal on Monday.
