Mercedes Benz EQS Lease Superthread - 1

Yes I was told that it was included in the lease. 2 years worth of maintenance or whatever.

Isn’t EQS A service at 20K miles or 2 years ?

First service included 2yrs/20k unless you have an EQB.

Always worth a try.

I’m at 17k miles so they must be doing that service. I confirmed it was complementary prior to scheduling. I had a message on my MBUX stating “A-1 service due”

I was hoping to get to the 1 year mark on the original tires, but nope. Just had a rear tire blowout at 13,266 miles. Didn’t appear to be a nail or any road debris but I haven’t pulled the wheel off to fully inspect. I wasn’t quite at the wear bars yet, the rear tires looked like they would get to 15k, guess not. Has anyone replaced their tires yet (other than switching to an all season or snow tire?) I’m in SoCal so never need anything but a summer tire. Tirerack has a closeout on the Bridgestone Potenza Sport right now so I’m wondering if I should just order 6 of them…replace the rears now, fronts in a few months, then rears again next year. Lease is up 3/25.

Had the same issue, at 11k miles and my Rear shot, no nail or road damage. Had the tire and wheel insurance. got it towed to the dealer and had them replace it.

Hi there! I am in Florida and currently have a 2021 C43 AMG lease ending in 12 months and I am interested in getting an EQS for my next vehicle. Is there anyone that can help teach/guide me through everything I need to know so I don’t get played for this car like I was for my C43? I have done some research but I need help on what to look for, incentives available, and other discounts I may be able to get in order to lower my monthly.

I don’t have the wheel/tire insurance but it’s looking like I can get a tire for $170 and install is $20 at my local shop. Curious, did they replace both rear tires when you had this happen? Always have heard you should replace in pairs.

What brand and size were your factory set?

I would recommend working with a broker in the Marketplace. Brokers post pre-negotiated deals and usually share a link to the LH calculator showing incentives and discount off MSRP.

You need fleet if you don’t have it, it’s a $9,500 incentive on the EQS.

What brand tire are you getting for $170 that will match the others?! Unless you’re going the used route….

All 4 need to match brand and model or they will charge you.

Start by looking at the signed deals so you’ll understand how to read and use the LH calculator. When you’re ready to get a new lease, start researching what incentives are available, what’s the residual and base MF, when you get all those information, it’s just a matter of playing around with MSRP discount to get the monthly payment you want n get a dealer who’s willing to deal with you for that number.

My '23 450+ sedan came with the Goodyear Eagle F1 20". 255/45/20

Bridgestone Potenza Sport. On closeout at Tirerack. Won’t match right now, that’s why I might just buy 6 tires now as I anticipate putting 30k miles on the car. 2 sets on the rear and 1 on the front is how it’s tracking.

Lucky you. I’m stuck with the 21" Pirellis.

The 2024 EQS SUV start arriving at dealerships next month. Looks like the 450 4MATIC will be the only version available at launch and I think that’s a brilliant move by Mercedes. At 107k the price seems reasonable for an EV with a heat pump and Hyperscreen, especially considering the 580 started at 120k. Looks like the Target Addressable Market for consumers who want a luxury vehicle that does 0-60 in 4 secs is not very big.
