what was the resolution ? EA chargers doesn’t recognize on plugging and I have to click charge on the app. Today I called EA and they said everything is fine and to call Mercedes, so I will give them a call but wanted to see what was the issue for you.
If I remember correctly the resolution was to find or navigate to this charger (I was there already) from MBUX, and from there you can select the station id and click charge from mbux. I don’t remember as I was following her prompts and it only happened at my first charge likely because my dealer did not register Me account.
I’m looking forward for when you pass me the future EQS Maybach deal 
The Maybach version makes it look even worse.

New fear unlocked. Spent about a week working a deal that was really really good. So good in fact that someone that works at the dealer overhead how good the deal was and put down a deposit and snatched it right out from under me! I couldn’t believe it when they told me. I am surprised a dealer would even allow an employee to step in like that and take it. If it was another customer that stepped in then I could live with it. Pretty shady practice if you ask me.

Need to know when to call it a win. Not worth losing a great deal trying to save an extra 20 bucks a month.

Agreed. I knew what I had and was just trying to get someone to call me so I could put in the deposit. Car is in transit. By the time I finally got someone to call me, they only called me to tell me the news! Thought they were joking at first.
Take what they told you with a grain of salt. It is likely bs.

I decided I would call dealerships tomorrow and ask to speak to the sales manager and try to negotiate myself.
If anyone has any tips or copies of contracts I can use for reference or any other pertinent information I would greatly appreciate it.
Also are these great deals particularly for the 450 does the 580 not lease the same?

580 is nearly double. Haven’t gotten a 580 quote under 850, and that one was passed to a friend.
I used all EA stations along the way bringing my car back home 800+ miles from the dealership and 30min sessions are free, there is no wait time as well, so you can just unplug and plug back in again after every 30 minutes. @Kellstar Do you guys use Chargepoint and pay for charging at all other stations? Because unfortunately, the nearest EA charging station is 1 hour away for me

Some early MY2023 450+ are coming out of 90 days loaner jail.
tell-tale signs are low miles 2023 with only 3 months of Carfax history in the CPO section. Enjoy small dose farts from S class service clients.

No, the only chargepoints I have used are free ones at a supermarket. Outside of Mercedes dealership, I haven’t seen a ChargePoint fast charger in NY.

Salesman told me that that this exact thing almost happened on my deal. Luckily, the guys wife wouldn’t let him get an EV.

if the employee has taken your deal under the same terms. Then the dealer just clawed back $4xxx back into their pocket. Understandable #employeebenefits
Yup…So called DE1+ (employee plan) on these is $4250! Imagine a 19-20% off plus incentives, plus DE1+ lease on a 2022 loaner…

If you are comfortable with $900/month payments 580 is definitely a more fun car.

Very reliable. For almost a 1000 mile drive, every 35-45 minutes distance I found one located conveniently on the I-80 rest areas or right off the highway at a Walmart parking. All sessions were free and the EA app helped in locating them
