I have a dealer in TX offering a lease on a $141,670 MSRP EQS SUV discounted to $114,170 offering $1484/mo lease with $6500 due at signing for 24 months 7500 mi/yr. Is this decent? I’m getting a lease hacker score of 6.7 years.
I know it’s different car but for half of this money You will get BMW IX.

Specifically:
EQS580 SUV 36 MONTHS - 7500 MILES
MSRP 135090
3k drive off - 974 plus tax
3k drive off max msd - 851 plus tax
About $6K less MSRP, and these are 36 month (better program than 24m right now). So, not apples to apples. But you can get an idea.

I don’t think any experienced LHer would sign that deal.
I don’t think they’d pay 6.25% tax on selling price every 2-3 years either.

was able to get them down to 3000 down, 1400/mo, 24/7.5k
So materially nothing changed
it’s a difference of $5516
TBH it doesn’t matter whether they came down from $2,000 per month for a difference of ____
