Merc EQE SUV demo. What’s typical for discounting? Anyone know how much the car maker is chipping in on demos?
Look through the Marketplace postings from brokers and try to come up with a discount from what you see being offered on loaners/demos.
I would go deeper. What is the purpose of wasting your own time to achieve the same discount to this what the brokers offer?
True but it’s a start for someone new to the site and in case they are interested in learning the process.
Wondering the same
I’ve seen mainly around 12-15%
Yeah, I see people claiming 12-18% in the marketplace. The car I’m driving right now was a Jag demo and I got 20% off. But in that case the dealer was pretty open about discount they’d offer. Whereas the Merc dealers seem to hold their cards pretty tight.
Make sure to compare apple to apple.
We are talking about pure dealer discount before any incentives, dealer cash, lease cash, amex etc.
I’m assuming a post from two weeks ago offering " EQE 350 SUV - 18.5% OFF- PRE-INCENTIVE" is pretty apples to apples?
Was wondering there is $6500 PenFed offer for MB EQB?
C300 2024 demos can be had for 21 to 25% off. Brokers have them listed and even some dealer sale prices on cpo 2024 units aka you can lease those are about 19% off before you even need to negotiate so you should be able to get 21 to 23% off if they have a lot of loaners.
