Mercedes-Benz 2023 S500 - Lease

Looking to lease a 2023 MB S500 in NYC. I would appreciate any insight. I checked on marketplace and doesn’t look like anyone on there for that car.

I received a basic quote from a local dealer:
36/10
$6k upfront
$1,599 a month
~$128K msrp

If any can send me in the right direction it will be greatly appreciated!

What’s your target #?

My local MB store in Colorado has $132k S580 4Matic demo advertised with a $0 down 36/10 lease at $1,3xx/mo with nothing but first payment due at signing… I would not want a S500 at that number.

I agree definitely not worth it. S 500s should be 900-1000, I’m hoping to grab my old man one before the end of March between 700-900 unicorn!

Does that Colorado dealer have any S 500s?

Well about that… When you plug their selling price into the calculator, it didn’t come close to the $1380 that they were advertising. They claimed it was a mistake and that they would fix it. Now the car is off their site.

@Nick9140 $900-$1k unless there’s some special program in place by March, you’d need to get 35% off sticker to get to your target.

Yes the car will have to be a demo/loaner/brass hat along with some MB bonus. But I think it’s doable come end of this quarter.

Hope so, as I’m also actively looking for a 500 or 580. So far, dealers think their S classes are gold and the 2023 inventory is dwindling. Really need the old $10k lease cash on the V6 and those 13 month or flex terms to make an appearance again but right now, that’s bleak.

I hear ya, they think what they have lol. But yes if MB can give us some cash next month I’d only imagine what the deals would look like. My dealer is thinking support until end of this quarter for the 23s.

FYI, I’m told that the 23 S Classes are going on stop sale (many already are) and that the fix could be 4 months. That would be a disaster

I didn’t know this, I appreciate the update. Did they say what the stop sale was for?

Just that there is a recall on them, but didn’t get into specifics and I didn’t ask.

FYI looks like subvented mf on these came down from .0025 to .0018. From .0024 to .0018 on the S580. That’s a substantial difference on the monthly.

Just finalized a deal on a S580 for the old man and saved about $115/month with the new rate.

Agreed.

I got quoted 1,900/month on a 2023 153k MSRP S580 (demo with 8k miles) for 36/10 term.
Selling price pretax was 125k
$28,400 off (including 10k bonus cash incentive) … so really they only knocked off $18,400.

Been wanting to jump in an S class for a while - but I’m only willing to jump into one that has the 4D sound system, (or so I think…)

Lol I couldn’t figure out why you were hunting S580 so much, now that makes sense.

Between you and @djrabbi , some pops have good kids to help them out.

I got roughly ~24% off including Amex. These things are going fast.

At first, they were willing to lease out of state then backed out of that. The car has a damage disclosure and they said it was minor but I didn’t get so far as to get exact details. I know they were ready to price aggressively.

Going to take a look. I’m in SoFlo.

Just got quoted from a broker 2k/month only 5%, also with 4k DAS - jeez.

Hope we find our unicorn soon !!!

Where in SoFlo?
If you are strictly looking for the upgraded sound system, your options, especially on the 2023, will be extremely limited.
