McLaren not on calculator?

I mean ya that seems like a horrible lease. 1% rule is meaningless. This is a perfect example how a lease that is 1% is not necessarily a good move.

But financing it is no free lunch. Who knows how easy it’ll be to sell when you’re done with it or how reliable it’ll be. Do you have a local shop that works on McLarens?

Comparing it to MSRP is pointless bc these cars do not sell for msrp, should sell for massive discount.

Well, I pulled the trigger on a Mantis Green 2025 Artura.

$316k MSRP $85k one pay lease maintenance included (36 months / 5k miles). $2,361 effective payment. I figured the savings on maintenance over 3 years would probably be about $7k so I’m in it for $78k relative to a used one.

Originally I was targeting a 570s which may have been cheaper to own over 3 years but a ding to the car fax or major repair and maybe it wouldn’t have been. Plus this is new, I could see it in person and it’s an amazing spec IMO.

I feel very fortunate to drive this car and look forward to the next three years. Thankful to this site, it has taught me so much over the years that made finding the right car to lease easy.

I’ve been so consumed by the Hedonic treadmill that at my 1k payment I think the mclaren is just a car. Can’t imagine myself paying 2.3x as much. Hope you enjoy the car to its fullest! :clinking_beer_mugs:

Bro went psych class on us.

For everyone else, can confirm the mac did not impress @GOAT

The color is amazing and it really is well optioned. Mazel !!

Btw you need an exhaust on this car to really enjoy it. My setup is cat-less down pipes with xpipe muffler plus an obd2 code eraser to continuously delete cat codes for no cel issues.

Congrats.

Always keep it plugged in all the times. Even if it’s a daily driver.

Congrats and enjoy it. Hell of a car. I had one in 2023.

They can be tuned now to not throw codes

I feel seen – not the McLaren part, just the only buying fruit when it’s on sale part. Thank you for making me feel better about my cultural conditioning. :see_no_evil_monkey:

We didn’t have McLaren on Rate Findr because historically there hasn’t been a lot of interest hacking a McLaren lease. We can add it – might have reach out to you for McLaren’s standard acquisition and disposition fees.

Enjoy your new ride! What a sexy car!
