Submitted the application for the lease Yesterday at 2 pm Eastern. Its been 29 hr+ and I am told that they have not received approval from MBFS yet.
Is this normal?
Credit Score - 800+
Never ever had issues with credit approval.
You need to unfreeze TransUnion

I never freezed it. Also, I see a hard pull on Equifax but not on Transunion.
Hmm. Unless you have a fraud alert, the dealer should be able to call dealer support and get it approved
Most likely a credit bureau that’s frozen or dealer can’t pull. Shouldn’t take more than a few minutes to run credit.
Or something got flagged and it needs an underwriting/manual review. May not be your score, but in your file or application info provided.
Just have to wait it out until you get a yea/nay.
