Lease MF has no relation to a purchase APR. Just because a model might have a low MF does not mean a purchase APR for the same model is similar.

Fully understand. I only mention equivalent finance rate to specify the newsletter’s announcement which clearly mentioned the equivalency. My interest would switch from a purchase to a lease if this deal is true and available in socal. I have not been able to see it anywhere.
