Is this a good deal? What else should I be asking for? We also have a CX5 to trade in but feels like we should just sell the car as opposed to applying it to the lease

You should be shooting for a 10% discount off msrp

Did you check the marketplace?

What are you basing that unachievable discount suggestion on? The local CO gov is already subsidizing the car $5350 over 2 years. Dealers locally have little CX90 PHEV due to the demand of this car at its price point compared to any other 3 row SUV in market.

@dkovalev It still sounds a bit high to me. Email me at dparysz@centleasing.com and I’ll see what I can do on Monday. We can discuss the trade as well as you should keep that as a separate transaction.

I work for Empire Volvo, we have Empire Mazda. They send out inter company deals all the time. 10% was offered multiple times in the last 3 months or so.

Gotcha, so shoot for 12% off pre incentives.

Try for bigger dealer discount, I know one dealer who gives 6% discount, and I didn’t negotiate further, as I was still exploring multiple options.

If you are sure that you want CX90 then u can sit on negotiations table and agree on x% discount and close the deal.

@Drew_CentennialLease will do. Thanks man

@carEnthusiast007 that’s the idea, seems like dealers aren’t willing to move much. The car is in high demand because of the CO rebate.
