Working on this Mazda cx9 gt fwd brand new lease…here are the details with the lease sheet:
MSRP: $43,255
Selling Price: $38,105
Additional Incentive: $970
Residual Value: 60% or $26,200
MF: 0.00079
Term 36/12
Tax Rate 7%
Monthly payment: $415.00 per month with tax included
Disposition Fee:and first month : $1000
What do you guys think? I can also get a cx5 with $1000 inceptions and $300 /mo cause my wife still undecided of the size of the CX9. I was trying to get a CX5 reserve but there are no deals and the money factor and residual is high and would come up to $445 /mo.

I bet you could do better here. It looks like they’re not giving you any discount off MSRP. Just incentives/rebates/cash
Maybe bring it down to 36k? Or even more?

What trim and term for the CX-5 deal?

Looks like incentives total $2,046. That means a discount of 7.1% which even for Mazda is not great.
OP-I would have them remove that $699 MNM Value Pack crap and push the discount to 9-10% before incentives. That’s usually the best you’ll get out of Mazda due to the small percentage increase from invoice to MSRP. If you can’t get this lower after shopping at least 10 dealers in your area, I would contact @AutoNinjas as he has the best broker deals on the site. I’d bet even with the shipping and broker fees he’ll save you money. Good luck!
