I have a 2021 Mazda CX-5 that I am financing to trade in as well. Is this a good deal?

Ultimately I am trying to be below $600/month and not pay more than first month upfront.

FWIW — Carmax would give me $22,000 for my current car.

Separate the trade from the new lease and see what others would offer.
