Helped a buddy sign this Mazda CX-90 PHEV Premium Sport in NorCal for $3k due at signing and $339.36 per month. He also paid max MSDs which came out to be $3375.
My views on lease pricing has been completely distorted over the past couple years by cheap EV leases but I think this is pretty good for a 3 row non EV lease
The essential details of the lease:
MSRP: $57450
Selling Price: $54250
Residual value: 67%
Sales Tax rate: 9.38%
Only incentive that was qualified for was conquest which was $500
Due at signing: $3,000 + MSDs
Monthly payment: $339.36
MSDs: $3375
I think this is pretty good compared to what other signed posts have gotten and what brokers have been offering.
Tried to replicate in calculator but to be honest I have no clue how the dealer got to their numbers - my calculator does not match up at all.
I just signed Monday for the CX90 PHEV Premium Plus - 24/12. We got 7% off MSRP and $11k incentives (inc. loyalty). Ended up with $445pm with $445 DAS.
Dang that’s great - congrats. I think it basically maths out that your deal and this deal have pretty much the same total in payments over the 2 years. Although you’re a trim above haha. Without loyalty I still won’t complain about this one
Yeah I think they average out very close so a good data point! Was delighted given we were replacing a 2 year 2024 CX90 lease signed Oct 2023, that was $514 (plus I think we had cash down too) with the mid-tier trim. So newer year, better trim and saving money. Thanks to LH knowledge!!
Hmm might be region specific? Over here I’m seeing $500 for conquest and $1000.
Although interestingly the vehicles that qualify for conquest are pretty limited (2016 and newer Toyota, Tesla, Honda, Subaru, and Polestar). Like what are these choices??
