I have attached the deal offered by dealer. I want to run it with you to understand whether those numbers looks good ? I am getting rebate and dealer discounts. But I am not understanding numbers like capital cost increase . Is there any such item which I should negotiate with dealer ?

If you want to be remotely successful leasing a car, you’re going to have to be a lot more proactive and resourceful than you’ve displayed so far.
I would typically try to avoid Service & Protection Plans, especially on a lease. That is pure profit for the dealer, just say no.
The discount from MSRP should be higher. Check what other people have paid on this site, and you might be shocked.
Good luck getting a deal. The dealers don’t make it easy, be prepared to walk away and might be easier to shop with dealers online if you find that lower pressure.
