Mazda cx-50 preferred - please give feedback on my deal

a
Hello, just put down $500 deposit for this 2025 cx-50. I was able to negotiate 7% off of the original MSRP of 33995. Anything further I can negotiate here?

Also, The little doodling I did at the bottom is what I calculated to be the total cost of leasing + buying out the car. The top number is the lease payment of $450x36 and the bottom number is the residual value. So according to my calculations it’ll cost roughly 35 k in total. Seems right?

What does $1682.50 in “pre-delivery service charges” include?

Total lease cost I get. In FL you have to process the buyout at a dealer, and you’ll pay ACQ and Disposition fees. If you were thinking or buying it, why wouldn’t you buy it now?

How does this compare to other broker and dealer offers in the Marketplace here?

Thanks for discussing this. Im also looking to lease a Mazda and found the dealers quite firm in their price. Thus, Im looking to lease other cars like the unpopular Honda Prologue or the Toy BZ4X.

I can’t afford to buy right now with cash and I don’t want to finance tbh.

The pre-inspection delivery fee is what I assume to be their dealer fee. From my understanding these are not negotiable. Am I right?

The finance manager is going to try to sell my on the additional coverages tomorrow. I’m assuming the only one worth getting is Gap insurance?

Have to pay tax on the buyout amount, buyout fee, and if you buyout in fl, expect the dealer to hit you with a doc fee on the buyout, so add a couple thousands to the price you have written there.
