MA: Clarification on Taxed vs. Untaxed Incentives for Volvo XC90

I’m looking to lease a 2024 Volvo XC90 Recharge and want to ensure I’m placing these incentives in the correct bucket:

Federal PHEV: $7500
Volvo Holiday Lease Bonus: $2000
Costco Incentive: $1000
A Plan Incentive: $500

I also see Volvo Loyalty incentives mentioned in some posts, but not others. Does loyalty incentive come and go based on the month?
