I recently leased a 2024 lyriq courtesy with some miles on it. The dealership is telling me the lyriq 2024 courtesy does not qualify for evgo credit, even though some people have claimed it does. Trying to get the truth and hopefully someone can DM me on how their dealership got them EVGo credit?

Contact Onstar EV concierge and keep escalating if they do not provide a satisfactory response.
Your 2024 Lyriq does qualify and you should get it.
If need be, work your way up to the GM at your dealership too
They are telling me, its not possible because of courtesy. Didn’t speak to GM, just spoke to my sales associate
They are usually uninformed, try moving up the chain
