Looking to lease Kia EV9 in CT

Hi guys,
I haven’t posted in a long time, but that’s because it’s time for a new car. I am looking at the Kia EV9 Wind

I ran the numbers using a car I found on cars.com the MSRP was $67K and they have it online for $60,190.

Using the Ratefindr tool, I’m seeing non-subvented vs. subvented, and lease cash of $11,000?

Sorry if this is the wrong spot for this question, but when I run numbers it comes down to appx $507 if everything is the way I see it.

I haven’t reached out to dealership just yet but am I missing anything?

Thanks

Post your calculator so everyone can see how you “ran the numbers”

Did you deduct $11K after the $7K discount? so $49K selling price? I bet the dealer isn’t agreeing to that.

Post the calc.

I was just about to say I forgot the calculator!

Make sure the rebate is NOT included in their price. Searching at EV9s last month, almost every Kia dealer places the rebates/incentives in their “DEALER DISCOUNT” section, even though its not their discount

this is what I found off the website, this Kia dealer is in Yonkers NY

2024 Kia EV9 Wind Test Drive Immediately at Yonkers Kia with Your VIP Appointment. Call 914-337-3800. 1850 Central Park Avenue in Yonkers, just 10 minutes from the Bronx! Price does not include applicable tax, title, license, processing and/or documentation fees, and any emissions testing charges. Doc fee, New York $175. Price includes: $7500 - Kia Customer Cash. Exp. 10/31/2024

I thought it was 11K lease cash anyways?

Seems like there is no dealer discount here, just them add the customer cash to it.

Honestly don’t know this month’s lease cash for the EV9s.

Just wanted to let you know to be careful since i found most of the KIA dealerships do this

99.9% guaranteed that 60k number already includes purchase/finance rebates.

Click on Marketplace instead.

I understand. So how is it that people can crush these great deals? How does one get that MSRP down before applying the lease cash?

plus what’s confusing to me is the RateFindr here on LH says 12,700 lease cash, but I keep seeing 7500

The deals you’re seeing will be accepted by maybe 1-10% of dealers

$7500 is for buyers. Lease cash is for leasers only.

Here’s what they sent me:

The APR…7.75%???

and barely a discount off MSRP which was $72,390…1.5% off

Forget what they sent and look thru Marketplace and Signed Deals & Tips to see what your target for that % should be.

In CT, but found a dealership in NY willing to do a Land AWD for 7.89% off MSRP, comes out to $699/month $0 DAS he says…waiting on itemized sheet, but that’s what was said over phone.

Calculator here: CALCULATOR | LEASEHACKR

oddly enough never heard back after the phone call.
