Looking to lease 2018 XC90 T6

@Ursus @KD6-3.7

2019 XC90 T6 R-Design (since apparently T6s w/advanced package are hard to come by)

First payment waived.

MSRP $65,390

Sale Price $59,800

Aq Fee $695.00

Residual 54%

MF 0.00135

CC Reduction $3,495.00

Doc Fee $799.95

Total Due @ signing $3,495.00

$793/month tax included

39 month/15k

BS. PM me if interested, I’ll send you links to the actual multiple 2019 T6 MOM w/advanced package in DC area at a single dealer. Your choice of colors, also. If you want to ship from/come to DC area let me know. But the SM only gives 6.5% off (1k under invoice) discount. There is also the same 3k Volvo allowance here.
Should be $691/mo including tax w/10 MSDs + $300 dealer fee, TTL and $695 acquisition fee DAS on 36/15. Not great by any means, but still may be better than in FL.

Invoice should be around $62K. Minus $3K incentives = $59K, so price needs to be maybe $1,500 lower.
RV is correct, same RV for 36 months, so for 39 months that’s the way to go
MF buy rate is 0.00108, so 0.00135 isn’t too hot
CCR and DAS both $3,495 doesn’t sound right- if it was CCR, you’d have tax on that, plus license and doc, unless they’re being capitalized

What’s a solid dealer discount off msrp before incentives ? Read in some older posts 8-10%, is that still good target?

Looking for an SUV with 3rd rows and think will try for T6 MOM or an R design T6

Thanks

8-10%, but maybe too early for that on 2019 XC90.

If cost is an issue, you can lease 2 qx60s for the cost of the xc90 here in this thread.

I’d like to get 1 xc90 and 1 qx50 (or a Mazda cx5)

8-10% is a good target, and I agree maybe a bit early. The selling price I suggested was about 7.5% off MSRP before incentives. $62,000 - 1,500 = $60,500, which is about 92.5% of MSRP.

But you only get to die once in a QX60… Just kidding, but what’s the MSRP of a 2019 QX60 vs the $65K of this XC90 T6 R-Design? Do you put any value in what you’re driving, or is it all percentage/month of the MSRP?

Yes, there is value in what is being driven, but in the end they are just vehicles and more similar than different. My wife likes her QX60 ($51.5k @$350/mth) better than her Expedition and Odyssey which were her last 2 vehicles. I like her QX60 better than the s90 ($61k @ $321/mth) I drove for a month even though people may not consider it as fun to drive (the seating position is much more comfortable for me). The S90 was too low to the ground. The Xc90 would be intriguing, but not $300/mth better than the qx60.

If you get the R-Design, you might find the interior more comfortable, as the middle of the seats are Nubuck, or a kind of an Alacantra/suede type of material. Cooler in the summer, warmer in the winter, but not kid friendly for spills. Firmer suspension, sportier seats, different wheels. Looks like the best overall lease terms are on the R-Design. Uh oh- the Momentum has $3,000 in incentives- the R-Design has $1,500. Hard to say what wins out bang for the buck wise between a Momentum and R-Design. I’d say go with what you like.

Are you sure you need the Advanced pkg? Out here, most T6s have it.

Have you thought about letting a broker like @mani_is_kool do the grinding for you?

Are the incentives the same in Atlanta? $3k for MOM & 1.5k for Rdesign?

What payment are you aiming for on the 2018 XC90 we left on yesterday ?

Check with edmunds

i checked and it’s not showing anything except loyalty…was wondering if it’s not updated

For T6 Momentum and R-Design- $3K and $1,500.

Yes @mani_is_kool and I have talked. The R-design only came up because the particular dealer I was talking to only had that vehicle with the advanced package.

I like the active bending lights and the 360
Camera. The rest I could live without. I would like to have the package but I guess at the end of the day maybe I could live without it.

My Chevy dealer contacted me yesterday with a ridiculous price (more than a XC90) on a ‘19 Traverse Redline. But was covering 1/2 my remaining payments, giving me supplier pricing and wiping away the dealer fee.

My number one requirement is that it needs to be a T6.

I ideally would like to be in the low 600s in payments and if I could get lower than that then that’s even better (although I don’t know how likely that is)

I still feel like this is a high price or am I wrong?

2019 VOLVO T6 AWD MONENTUM, ADVANCED PK, MSRP $62,470.00 SALE PRICE $56,000.00 RESIDUAL 56%
M/F 0.00193
AQ FEE $695.00
DEALER FEE $799.95
C/CREDUCTION $3,495.00
TOTAL DUE AT SIGNING IS $3,495.00 ONLY. 39M 15K PER YR $698.00 PLUS TX =$746.93

I’d estimate the invoice to be $59,292, so suggest:

$52,292 invoice
$01,500 discount
$03,000 incentives

$54,792 selling price (or up to about $55,300) as a target
0.00155 MF at buy rate
$995 acquisition fee, to help take the sting out of buy rate
$0 CCR (capitalized cost reduction)
Do 10 MSDs instead of a CCR to buy rate down to 0.00105
Capitalize the acquisition fee and the $799.95 dealer fee
Just pay license fees + MSDs as DAS

I’d play tough like it’s this deal or you’ll contact other dealers.
