I live in New York and all i need in a vehicle is AWD capability. I have been struggling to find a good lease deal. At this point, i do not know what is realistic and what is not. I see people getting Ev 6 GTs for $300/month, Ioniq 6s for $220/month and Nissan Ariyas for under $200/month. I saw someone snag a f150 lightning for $350/month. I have called 25+ dealers and have tried using the pictures and calculations people post on here but I have not had any success. The lowest i was able to find was a GT for $435/month and a Gt-line for $355/month with first payment down. Both of those cars are gone now.
Edit: Welp on fisker. I now know. Lol thank you for letting my clueless self know
I have two months left on my Niro Ev lease and i just want something exciting with AWD. My limit is $600/month but i am really looking for the best bang for my buck. I want to feel like i got a steal.
So why don’t you check broker deals on this forum? They post their deal sheets right online.
Nobody here in their right mind is going to advise you to get into a Fisker at this point in time.
Dealing with dealerships directly can yield lots of different results, depending on vehicle, timing, lease programs available, etc. They’re a business, they don’t expect to spend time on a customer, do all the legwork, and then lose money on a deal.
I literally googled fisker and got hit with like 3 sponsored ads/sites and never saw that. I just googled them again and scrolled down half a page and boom… yeah that makes sense lmao im dumb.
That is a solid response. I probably should just hire a broker. I do not feel like spending the 30+ hours it would take me to find one on my own…if ever.
All the brokers and dealers on LH (label under their username) are required to register and have a review thread . If you find a listing in the Marketplace of interest, scroll up to it’s first post and read everything, and then read their review thread.
In NY you will be taxed upfront on the MSRP of the car, so be sure when comparing deals you take NY taxes into account when calculating.
Even if you use a broker or dealer from the Marketplace, read through Leasing 101 on the site to get a better understanding of all the inputs that make a good deal. Post in “ask the hackrs” to review a deal before you sign with a dealer.
You guys are so much more helpful than 99% of the internet. Im glad to see all the replies. Wealth of knowledge and information and thank you to everyone for educating me.
