It looks like you are combining the discount and incentives together. I would suggest you break these out, so we can better understand the deal, and see what you are missing. $11,799 does not sound like enough, especially if you can qualify for loyalty or fleet.

It’s not a terrible deal at ~6% discount and $7500 in rebates, but I would be asking for 8% discount minimum.
This month BMW added $1000 loyalty or fleet incentive. Can you qualify for either? Fleet can be achieved via club membership or via your employer.
Have you considered using MSDs? If you intend to keep the lease to maturity, it’s not a bad investment. If you don’t intend to keep the lease very long, you should consider waiving the acquisition fee.
That said. This is not a great lease program. You will have spent over $30K to rent this car during your term.
I tried to get better discount … But they didn’t budge.
What is MSD? I will look into the Employer program…

@z0lt3c - THANK YOU!!! I just looked up our work perks and found out we are part of the BMW Fleet program. There is a $1000 as you mentioned incentive on i4.
I hope the dealer honors that now that I have already committed to the lease.
Waiting for the Fleet certificate and will send that over to them
