Looking for feedback on this TX 350 Premium AWD lease deal — worth pulling the trigger?

Currently in the last 3 months of an Acura MDX lease at $630/month. The Lexus dealer is taking over the MDX completely, covering the 3 remaining payments, so I have zero liability at turn-in. Trying to decide if now is the right time to pull the trigger on the TX.
The numbers:
∙ 2026 Lexus TX 350 Premium AWD
∙ MSRP: $65,479 (includes $3,189 in dealer add-ons)
∙ Selling price: $60,979 (~6.9% off MSRP)
∙ 39 months / 10,000 miles/year
∙ $679.84/month (tax included)
∙ $4,800 due at signing (first month waived, ~$3,176 cap reduction + fees)
∙ Residual: 64% / $41,907
∙ Cap cost: $60,068
∙ Acquisition fee: $895

Do you have a Morgan Stanley or Etrade account? (Or Certain BofA accounts)

You might qualify for the $750 off cert.

PGA Members have an offer as well.

Thanks! I’ll look into it.

Are these $3189 in dealer adds something you requested or did the dealer say “they are already installed”….it’s up to you but that’s a chunk of money esp if it’s items you don’t really want or need.

It doesn’t look like you should pull the trigger now and I’d instead recommend waiting till lease end. Dealers aren’t just absorbing your $1900 in payments, they are just going to give you less of a discount than they otherwise would.

I’d reach out to local Honda / Acura dealers and see if any of them would want your vehicle first if you’re really looking to get out 3 months early.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll def call my local Honda and Acura dealers. See attached, let me know if this provides more context. The vehicle is a Premium AWD.

It isn’t as bad as originally thought in regards to the “packages” as some of those are the way the vehicle comes from Lexus and are residualized.

I’d still find another avenue for your current lease and re evaluate in a few months. Obv up to you!
