Looking for advice should I get an EV today or wait for October deals?

Just looking for some opinions. I bought a 2021 xc60 last year and used the tax credit.

Took it to the dealer on friday and was told it needs a new engine.

I’d like to get into a bigger car anyway. My first stop = Leasehackr. These forums have been so helpful and I loved the car I had from Fair.com. RIP.

The deal on the Wagonweer S is great- even if I have to add a home charger, I think I’d be under $250 a month.

Should I just grab that deal or dig in and see if there are other EV deals, or should I just wait and spend more time looking at this in October? Is anyone one else waiting until next month?

There is no time like now. No one has crystal ball. Find the best deal and take it.

Expect there will be deals, but hard to believe they’ll be better than $7,500. That said, if you have to eat a current lease or have other costs related to signing now vs later - you should also factor that in.
