Looking for a cheap lease in Utah

have a friend in Utah looking for a cheap lease, basically a car to commute in. Doesn’t care about features, just wants something cheap and reliable. I suggested the normal cheaper (kia, hyundai, etc) cars, but figured I would ask the experts for any suggestions?

I’ll add jetta to the list, maybe even a fwd tiguan, couple grand lease cash on those if you can find one.
