Looking for a 3/4 ton truck

,

I think the broader problem is everyone with RAM trucks seems to have mis-calibrated headlights. Every time some truck pulls up behind me that blinds the hell out of my eyes, it’s a RAM.

Being said, I hope @Sadler850 gets that blacked out RAM brass hat in Medford. This site needs more users with baller non-EVs.

why you going so slow lolol

We have leaf on the 1T but also have 4 bags at the corners as well. Rear was factory initially and it is really nice but it rides better under load as they are designed to. Would not want one as a daily for sure though!

Never had an issue with it or had an issue with Ram lights behind me. Maybe it is just you :joy:

I agree on all fronts. The Night Edition is almost impossible to keep clean but it is the only one I have owned as a 3/4T (two) and 1T (one). Side by side at the last pickup.

Yeah, with the leaf springs you should be fine. I think if one were to swap from the duramax you would have to step up into the 3500 (RAM) for the suspension alone. Coil over’s can sway too much while towing.

Funny enough the current work truck is a 3/4 ton Midnight Edition (Chevy obviously). Way too much black paint to maintain.

Why didn’t you spray the blue crap off your white sidewall lettering tires?

I’m assuming (hoping) that was from when the truck was new at delivery…

Ok then, why didn’t the dealer spray the blue crap off the tires during PDI and before prepping a brand new truck for customer delivery?

Do you know how lazy you need to be to keep that blue crap on the tire and slather Armor All over the top? Worst part is when that junk flings onto your door since it’s so greasy.

CDJR

Do we need to say anything more lol. I’ve seen half-assed details from even the higher end dealerships.

I’ve had CDJR deliveries where the wheel wells still had the sand/dirt caked on from transport from the factory, etc.

All good points, but there is a reason. I told the delivery dealer not to as I immediately swapped out those worst on the market Firestone Transforce ATs for new tires.

Way better resale on FB Marketplace and CL when the OEM blue is still on. Got almost 90% of Tire Rack retail!

How much is PPF on a brand new black truck now-a-days in our mega inflation era?

Lol ok then we need a picture of your truck after you put on some better shoes.

Nit picking FTW.

Mopar, lmao too lazy to clean the tires for their customers :grinning::grinning:

Michelins FTMFW and one of the resident peacocks making a guest appearance as well.

Nice. Hopefully @Sadler850 joins your club of murdered out black diesel RAM 3500 drivers.

Wish Cummins would just roll out the trucks on their own and leave Chrysler out of it

You used to be able to buy a Titan with a Cummins :man_shrugging:t2::laughing:

There was a brief moment when Dodge (before RAM was spun off as its own brand) was going to manufacture the Titan.
