Please tell me what you guys think. I need to get back with the dealer and nail some things down. The calculator comes up with $30 less per month and $800 less down. Also haven’t seen a lot of Lexus leases on here lately.

Can you update your title to reflect whether it is a 2020 or 2021 model?

I think you should not do anything until you are no longer ($30*36)+$800=$1,880 away from understanding the deal you have before you. :slight_smile:

Posting the deal sheet should elicit some good feedback if you are having trouble using the calculator.

Is .00060 the mf from Edmunds or from the dealer?

Yes sir I requested mf and residual from edmunds. The dealer is using the appropriate mf and residual. 0.0006 and 57%.

The fees in your calculator are off, but even with that corrected, the numbers are off by $2k+.

As in the dealer is hiding 2k in profit or fees?

That’s the conclusion I came to as well. I wanted to make sure someone else agreed with that. It seems like the monthly is inflated by $30 per month and then there is money due at signing that I can not account for.

I wouldn’t worry about if the missing money is in the das or the monthly. It’s easy for things to get misaligned there. The fact that it’s not adding up at all is the bigger issue.
