Lexus RX350 F Sport- good deal?

Good discount, lowest possible MF. That car just doesn’t lease very well. The dealer looks like they’re being pretty aggressive. The only thing I would check out is if there is any other incentives like dealer cash. Looked on edmunds and $750 look like it for cash.

That dealer has the MSD incorrect. It can’t be that amount as it should be rounded to the next nearest $50. The RX isn’t leasing well now, but if you like it, go for it.

After around June 4th Lexus may have or may not have more incentives. Worth waiting a few days. Their current offers run until June 4th which is $750, a joke really.

I thought the Lexus Cash doesn’t apply to lease, at least that’s what I was told from Lexus. Only the rebates do.

The Lexus lease offer ststes “lease cash”

I see, so it is the rebate not Lexus Cash. thanks

I preferred 36 Months too but due to the following reasons I ended up with 42 months.

  • My goal was to get this car for less than 600 monthly payment with no more than $1000 out of pocket. ( I am fine with refundable deposits)
  • Lexus has best pricing for 42 months
  • Since my MF is 0.00007(Close to 0% APR), why not enjoy interest free loan for 6 more months
  • Current interest rate for a buy is 3 to 4% but here I am getting 0% APR for 42 months, so I see this as 0% APR balloon loan.
  • Because of lowest MF, purchase option price is in my favor. If at all I want to buy at end of the lease or in case of excessive wear and tear charges or for higher usage of miles, I can choose to buy and deal with it myself.
  • On Swappa the lease prices for the same model with similar options are way higher, so I have a shot in case I want to exit during the term of lease.

Yep it says, “Lease cash”

It says “Lease Cash”. Lexus Cash is only availible on financing.

I got mine around the same time, nor cal area, msrp was 62150, i managed to get it down to 57000 minus 2000 in rebates, 36 months was 670 incl tax and fees, with 1k down. mf was .00001
