That should have included the $7500 from the government being part of the 10% off, correct?
If you look at the LH calculator, the discount is ~10% (9.5%) off MSRP + $8500 in rebates.
Please refer to the lease calculator. It’s all broken down in that.
Thanks! I didn’t realize the EV credit didn’t apply if you bought it outright.
good deal. I got quoted yesterday $1400 36/7.5k on a 500H F Sport w/ 77k MSRP in AZ obvi no deal here.
for the buyout do you call lexus financial directly?
Yes or check online if you can log into your account.
Hats off to you and your deal. We put a deposit down on one in Tacoma, WA. The 450h+ is a unicorn here. There was one car in all of WA and I would have had to look at CA to find another. This was the car the wife had to have. I had to pay a stupid markup (fee for edge guard and the pulsing light). I’m going to do the buyout also, so have some relief in that fact.
Curious what your cost works out to after buyout relative to MSRP?
I will post as soon as I know. We haven’t taken delivery yet, so deal isn’t final.
LFS had the account posted in under a week and generated a payoff of $77.4 (includes $4100 down). OTD cost of $81.6. Outright purchase would have been ~$88.9 incl WA sales tax
