Lexus NX 350 Lease - Questions

Went into a Lexus dealership after seeing the national ad (389 a month for the 250 before taxes).

I can’t seem to re-create this deal using the calculator. And I’m not sure I understand what they are doing with the cash down.

Also checked edmunds forums and the MF doesn’t seem marked up? It seems high to me.

Sales person I was working with also told me that the tax is part of the monthly payment. Dealership is in KY, and we live in OH. But in OH tax is levied upfront on the total lease payment. At least that’s how we did it when we leased my wifes car.

Run back over that old yellow bridge into Ohio and never go back to that dealer.

It seems high to me.

Lexus MFs are typically quite high, which is why they are generally poor candidates for leasing.

Is this a base NX350? Is the Market Value price actually the MSRP?

I could not find the window sticker on their website.

But used caredge to get it and this is what I’m seeing. How is this possible?

“Market value” and “MSRP” are not the same term. It seems that they are essentially selling the car at you at MSRP, even w/ the “discount.”

Do not waste your time with this or other dealers ( unless you have nothing to do ). I strongly suggest to use @DailyDriven advise.
BTW, Are you married to NX350? If not look at Marketplace here for some other options.
